How do I enrol my child in TOA?You can easily enrol your child by cicking on the link below and filling out the online enrolment form, or if you prefer you can download the manual form, fill it in, then bring it into the office during our opening hours. Online Enrolment Form

Does TOA pick up the children from School?Yes! We have a fleet of vans that go to most of the local schools for pick ups. We can currently pick up from: Tahunanui Primary Stoke Primary Nayland Primary Broadgreen Intermediate Nelson Christian Academy Birchwood Enner Glynn Nelson Intermediate Victory Nelson Colleges If your child's school is not on this list, please contact us to see if we can arrange to pick them up! We also provide booster seats for the juniors that need them.

Can I get subsidy from WINZ?We find most parents/caregivers are eligible for a WINZ subsidy and often dont need to pay anything towards their out of school child care. Does TOA teach religeous intruction?Although based in a church building, TOA does not include religeous instruction in the programme!

Is Te Ora Ake (TOA) a part of Destiny Church?Destiny Church Nelson generously provides TOA with an outstanding venue and resources, however TOA After School and Holiday Programs are designed and managed by The Depot (Nelson) Trust which is a seperate non profit entity to Destiny Church Nelson Trust.
Week One
Monday 30th September
Roadie: Today, we embark on a thrilling adventure to Kaiteri for a road trip, and once we arrive, we are going to have a fantastic time!
Tuesday 1st October
Multi Sports: We are gearing up for an incredible day filled with outdoor sports, exciting challenges, amazing prizes, and loads of fun!
Wednesday 2nd October
Indoor Day: Today's agenda includes mastering the art of being a professional couch potato, having fun and kicking back for some chill time!
Thursday 3rd October
Decathlon: Get ready to join forces for the ultimate decathlon showdown and score some seriously awesome prizes!
Friday 4th October
PJ DAY: Oh yeah, no need to change out of your cozy Pyjamas today! Get ready for a day full of fun and games as we chill together in our comfy pjs!
Week Two
Monday 7th October
Delicious Food Day: Get ready for an exciting day because Joni is joining us to reveal his secret recipe for delicious samosas, and guess what? We get to devour them afterwards!
Tuesday 8th October
Playground Expedition: Get ready for a wild playground safari in Nelson! Don't forget your sturdy shoes and a lunchbox full of goodies. Who knows what playground treasures we'll discover!
Wednesday 9th October
Indoor Movie Day: Today is all about kicking back indoors. We're gearing up for a movie marathon with buckets of popcorn.
Thursday 10th October
Amazing Race: This is a rare occurrence, but let me tell you, the Amazing Race is absolutely mind-blowing! Teams come together to engage in a thrilling race for the ultimate prize and the glory of emerging victorious!
