  • How do I enrol my child in TOA?
    You can easily enrol your child by cicking on the link below and filling out the online enrolment form, or if you prefer you can download the manual form, fill it in, then bring it into the office during our opening hours. Online Enrolment Form
  • Does TOA pick up the children from School?
    Yes! We have a fleet of vans that go to most of the local schools for pick ups. We can currently pick up from: Tahunanui Primary Stoke Primary Nayland Primary Broadgreen Intermediate Nelson Christian Academy Birchwood Enner Glynn Nelson Intermediate Victory Nelson Colleges If your child's school is not on this list, please contact us to see if we can arrange to pick them up! We also provide booster seats for the juniors that need them.
  • How much does it cost?

  • Can I get subsidy from WINZ?
    We find most parents/caregivers are eligible for a WINZ subsidy and often dont need to pay anything towards their out of school child care.   • Does TOA teach religeous intruction?
    Although based in a church building, TOA does not include religeous instruction in the programme!
  • Is Te Ora Ake (TOA) a part of Destiny Church?
    Destiny Church Nelson generously provides TOA with an outstanding venue and resources, however TOA After School and Holiday Programs are designed and managed by The Depot (Nelson) Trust which is a seperate non profit entity to Destiny Church Nelson Trust.
